Returns

Please choose carefully. As our phone cases are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you have selected the wrong size.

We do accept returns and offer refunds in the below circumstances:

1. Faulty or damaged goods:
If your item has a defect or was damaged during delivery, please take a photo immediately as soon as you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.

2. Incorrect order received:
If you received the wrong size (not what you ordered), please take a photo immediately as soon as you receive your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and follow the returns process outlined below.

Returns Process:

Your goods must be in the same condition as you received them.
Email hello@veryontrend.com to request the return address from us and explain your reason for return/exchange.
If the item is damaged or faulty, please include a photo(s) in your email.
If you received the incorrect size, please include a photo in your email.
Pack and label your order for return, and include your order confirmation slip (this was sent with your order).
Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage. (In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to cover the cost of return postage for ‘faulty or damaged goods’. Please contact us and we will arrange a pre-paid return label for you.)
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Refund Timing:
We will aim to refund your purchase within 1-2 business days of receiving the return.

Refund Method:
Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY.
