FAQ's

Shipping:
Standard shipping takes 10-12 business days and is non-tracked. If you opted for priority service (which includes tracking), expect delivery in 2-5 business days.

Please note international shipments outside of Australia, the United States, United Kingdom and Italy can take longer.

Returns:
As our phone cases are made to order, we are unable to make modifications to existing orders, so please make sure that you have selected the correct size/model, finish, and shipping address before placing your order. However in some cases, if your order has not yet progressed to production, we may be able to help if you do need to make a change. Please email us at hello@veryontrend.com ASAP using the email address of the order buyer and provide us with your order number and we will do our best to assist! We can not guarantee that your request will be granted.

In the rare case that your item is faulty or damaged when received, we will happily offer a full refund or replacement, which ever you prefer. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide instructions on how to return your order to our Australian HQ.

How protective is the case?
Our cases are designed to protect your phone against everyday knocks and drops.
All our phone cases offer a raised camera and screen bezel without interfering with the display, open ports and camera. Our cases are a light-weight with a hard shell exterior and a slight flex.

Handling and Care:
To take care of your phone case and extend its lifetime, keep away from liquids containing high alcohol levels, as designs on the phone case may rub off. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. Avoid direct contact with hand creams and sun creams. Keep out of excessive heat.
